Terms of Purchase of a Subscription and Refund Policy
This document constitutes a public offer (hereinafter — the “Offer”).
Payment for the subscription constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer.
Service Provider — the organization providing services, selling subscriptions, and accepting payments.
Client — a natural person purchasing the subscription.
Subscription — a package of services provided under special conditions (including a discount applied when purchasing a package).
1. General Provisions
1.1. By purchasing a subscription, the Client confirms their acceptance of these rules and the terms of this Offer.
1.2. The subscription is personal and may be used only by the individual in whose name it is issued.
1.3. The subscription terms, including the discount, apply only when the Client complies with the payment and usage conditions of the subscription.
2. Payment for the Subscription
2.1. The subscription may be paid:
— in full as a single payment; or
— in two installments (50/50).
2.2. For two-part payment, the first installment of 50% of the total amount is required to activate the subscription. The second installment of 50% must be paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the first payment.
2.3. If the second payment is not made on time, the Service Provider has the right to:
2.3.1. recalculate the cost of the services already provided at the regular price without any discount;
2.3.2. deduct this amount from the previously paid sum;
2.3.3. if the paid amount is insufficient — request additional payment of the remaining balance.
2.4. Subscription prices include a discount applicable only when purchasing the full service package.
3. Cancellation of the Subscription and Refunds
3.1. The Client has the right to cancel the subscription during its validity period in cases provided by law.
3.2. When a subscription is cancelled, the cost of all provided services is recalculated at the full regular price, regardless of the package discount originally applied.
3.3. The cost of already provided procedures at the regular price is deducted from the total amount paid.
3.4. The Client is refunded the remaining balance after recalculation.
3.5. If the value of the services provided exceeds the amount paid, no refund is made. The Client must pay the outstanding difference.
4. Use of the Subscription
4.1. The subscription is activated from the date of the first payment.
4.2. Missed appointments without prior notice (no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time) are considered used, and the visit is deducted from the subscription.
4.3. The subscription validity period:
— equals the number of visits included in the subscription multiplied by a coefficient of 1.3;
— starts from the date of the first payment;
— cannot be extended, except in cases of documented medical contraindications submitted to the Service Provider;
— a documented medical contraindication means an official medical certificate issued by the treating physician;
— after the expiration of the validity period, unused procedures expire.
5. Transfer of Service Delivery to a Third Party
5.1. The Service Provider has the right to transfer the performance of services to another legal entity, partner studio, clinic, or organization.
5.2. Such transfer does not affect the price or scope of services provided under the subscription.
6. Notifications and Legally Significant Communications
6.1. Legally significant messages from the Client (including cancellation notices, refund inquiries, and other communications affecting the rights and obligations of the parties) must be sent through one of the following channels:
— the official contact details of the Service Provider listed on the website;
— the official communication channels of the Service Provider (corporate email, official phone number, messaging services indicated by the Service Provider).
6.2. A message is considered received by the Service Provider when it is registered in the Service Provider’s system or when delivery confirmation is obtained.
6.3. The Client must provide up-to-date contact details and bears the risk of consequences resulting from incorrect or outdated information.
6.4. Notice of cancellation must be provided no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If this requirement is not met, clause 4.2 applies.
7. Other Conditions
7.1. The Service Provider has the right to update this Offer and its rules. The new version takes effect upon publication.
Changes apply only to subscriptions purchased after the publication date of the updated version.
The terms of already purchased and active subscriptions will not be changed retroactively or worsened.
7.2. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
